Silage baler is a kind of silage equipment with functions of bundling and filming. It is currently the only equipment that can effectively bale the straw after processing by silage harvester, kneading machine and chaff cutter. This machine is suitable for silage of corn stalk, alfalfa, forage, reed, bean seedling and so on. After adding water and bacterium to the dried straw, it can be micro-storage after baling, which has high commercial value.
1. The surface of the film is sticky, and the adhesion between layers is good, which is impermeable to oxygen and water, and can form an internal anaerobic environment.
2. The film is resistant to stretching, tearing and puncture. It is also with low temperature resistance, which makes it not brittle, frost crack in cold environment. The film is opaque, ensuring low light transmission and avoiding heat build-up.
3. The user can set the number of coating layers according to the length of the silage time.
4. The bales are densely packed to avoid the phenomenon of easy moldy after filming.
5. The hemp rope is made of Bangladeshi hemp. After packing for 2-3 months, hemp rope will automatically ferment, no need to pick out them.
6. The silage baler can be equipped with electric motors or diesel engines as you require.
7. Automatic control, high efficiency and labor saving.
